Our ballet curriculum is rooted in the Vaganova method — the same system behind the world's top ballet companies. Every Gen Alpha dancer builds on this foundation, regardless of their primary style.
Athletic Development Built In
Dance is a sport. We train dancers accordingly. HIIT conditioning, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention are embedded into the weekly training schedule — not optional add-ons.
Commercial & Stage Performance
Technical mastery is the floor, not the ceiling. We develop stage presence, spatial awareness, camera readiness, and the performance confidence that separates trained dancers from simply skilled ones.
Selective Enrollment by Design
We cap every class at 12 dancers. Placement is audition-based. This is intentional — smaller groups mean individualized coaching, faster progression, and a culture of serious, committed artists.
